“A lovely dark amber tone with allied deep viscosity and a typical woodsy, waxy aroma. The palate feel is delightfully creamy and syrupy, the lift of acidity to contrast with the deep woody and malty tones is immediate and persistent.”

Greek oak honey is produced by bees who collect honeydew in the forests of the mountain. Honeydew is a rare, sought after honey, reliant on perfect conditions for beekeepers to harvest. It is a healthy and tasty addition to any meal.

Oak honey blends perfectly with toast, cereals and of course, yoghurt, while also complimenting salads, sauces, dressings and desserts. A honey truly befitting of the Gods!

The taste: It is a dark, full-bodied honey with a medium-strong taste. Not too sweet with malty notes.
