“Dark, amber colour with a thick consistency and wonderfully floral perfume. It lingers beautifully on the palate after eating. The initial sweetness gives way to a silky buttery-ness and a hint of citrus at the end.”

A honeydew from the blackberry fruits of the forest under Mount Moncayo. This is a true treat of a honey created from the fruit juice of the berry as opposed to the nectar of the blossom. Superb for use when cooking and baking, yet equally at home on the breakfast table.

The Taste: Thick in consistency with an initial touch of sweetness. The bold flavour of the forest blackberries gently cut through in the middle to end.
