“A very clear and clean looking honey. A strong mint and lime in aroma. A very unusual taste! Very complex flavour and good length. Citrus, minty, we got green apple. An interesting and playful honey”

The taste: This honey has a soft, soothing, barley-sugar-like flavour. Known as the “Chardonnay” of honeys due to its soft fruity nature, it has a delicate floral, citrus aroma with overtones of wild mint, green melon, a palate that is medium sweet with tanginess.

Great in herbal teas, making cakes and a glaze for root veg and meat.
